My car broke down at the top of Monteagle while I was on a roadtrip. I was able to get my car towed to Riverside Chevy and continue my vacation. I then found out my car was barely out of warranty even though my engine had just been replaced. Benjamin Backman fought for me to get my engine replaced by GM and was able to make that happen. Everyone i spoke to there was fantastic and extremely up front and honest. Can't recommend them enough.

Cody Dawson was amazing!! He was super friendly and extremely helpful in helping us buy a van. He was very informative and made sure to answer all of my questions. He said his motto is to treat people the way he would like to be treated and he went above and beyond in that. We drove 4 hours round trip when we could have gotten the same van for the same price at a dealership 30 minutes away from us just because of the way he was so kind and helpful. He is awesome!

My service was fast and friendly! It was less than quoted and they even noticed that there was an important fuel system recall which they also took care of at the time of my routine service (oil change / tire rotation). Excellent service, highly recommend.

Our transmission went out in our suburban while vacationing out of state. The service department got us in right away for a quote and then we ultimately decided to do a trade because of how expensive the repair would be. Jacob took great care of us and didn’t mess around with anything extra, since we were under a time crunch to get back to Wisconsin. Although it was not the best circumstances to be getting a new vehicle, we felt well taken care of by the staff. I would recommend this dealership!
I know one thing about that Chevrolet place in south Pittsburgh Tenn will work with you and make it really easy I walk in and was out in 5 minutes by they learning how to do the paperwork on line my salesman Jacob is the man I will work with him again when it’s time to buy another vehicle

I had an appointment Tuesday morning. I showed up early and was greeted by Stacy , Ben and Kelly. They were very helpful. Explained the process to reprogram my truck. Calvin in the parks department is super knowledgeable very friendly and gives you 100% attention for as long as you need it even though he is the department manager and has a lot of tasks. Definitely one of the best places to buy a car! They will do everything they can to help you get a car! Riverside has honest, dedicated employees. Cody(sales consultant), Blake(sales manager ), and Jay (finance manager) were amazing at helping me with everything I needed. They were straight forward and very accommodating. By the way never buy from Jason Lewis used trash cars.... Warranty is horrible and full of liars ..... These guys softened the blow so Thank you......
Took my daughters car, a 2019 Jeep Cherokee, in due to a possible oil leak and to have it cleaned. They couldn't locate a leak but put dye in the oil so we could determine, if there is, in fact, a leak, and where it is coming from by thenext oil change. When we went to pick it up, it was SO clean and shiny! The tech, Brody, who detailed the car did such an amazing job that it looked like a brand new car! It was cleaner than when we bought it! 5 stars for Brody for sure.

Mike is lame whoever that is but the rest of the crew is nice. Kevin, Calvin, Karen, Kelly, and Steve are good people if you come across them. Service department is decent. The parts department is excellent though.

My sales representative, Derrick Brown, and the finance representative, Jay Penny, made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I never felt pressured or harassed into purchasing anything I didn't want. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I also feel like I got a great deal on the car's price and would recommend. 10/10

I was left stranded by a disabled vehicle for over 12 hours. Multiple tow trucks and phone calls without resolution. One phone call to Riverside and a tow truck was in route within an hour. The repair was efficient and required a specialist. They helped arrange travel and vehicle transport. 10/10. Highly recommend.
I was kept well informed throughout the process of my service, the waiting area is very nice with coffee and water available, and the technicians were wonderful people.

I'm out of state and I stopped by because my truck was having some tire issues, thought I needed an alignment but Chris was able to diagnose quickly that I just needed new tires, they drove it and was real honest with me about what options I had.
